Legal
Company Policies
These policies govern Sportrons media placements, client engagements, and vendor relationships. They supplement the terms stated on each insertion order.
Advertising standards
Sportrons reserves the right to decline creative that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory, or inconsistent with the standards of the venue in which it would run. Venue operators hold final approval authority over content displayed on their systems, and some properties maintain category restrictions that Sportrons will disclose during planning.
Creative acceptance and deadlines
Final creative is due no later than ten business days before flight start unless otherwise agreed in writing. Sportrons reformats supplied assets to each display system at no charge. Creative received after the deadline may result in a shortened flight without a corresponding rate adjustment.
Competitive separation
Sportrons will arrange competitive separation where the property supports it, which generally means your creative will not appear adjacent to a direct competitor within the same break. Full category exclusivity is a rights matter requiring an official sponsorship and is not implied by a venue media buy.
Rights and endorsement
A venue media placement does not convey the right to use team names, league marks, player likenesses, or official designations. Clients may not represent themselves as an official sponsor, partner, or licensee of any team, league, or venue on the basis of a Sportrons placement.
Billing and payment terms
Payment terms are stated on each insertion order. Unless otherwise negotiated in writing, payment is required with the order. Invoices are issued to the billing contact named on the insertion order.
Cancellation and changes
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Flights cancelled more than thirty days before start are subject to a cancellation fee; flights cancelled inside thirty days are generally non-refundable because venue inventory has been committed. Market and date changes will be accommodated where availability allows.
Event schedule changes
Sports schedules change. If a scheduled event is postponed, relocated, or cancelled, Sportrons will make a good-faith effort to deliver the committed impressions through an alternate date or comparable property within the same market.
Reporting and reconciliation
Every flight closes with proof-of-play and delivery reconciliation comparing ordered to delivered placements. Reports are issued to the contact named on the insertion order within thirty days of flight end.
Confidentiality
Rate cards, availability, campaign plans, and performance data exchanged between Sportrons and a client are confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties except as necessary to execute the campaign.
Supplier and vendor conduct
Sportrons work is performed in-house or by companies within the dakdan worldwide portfolio, including ChaseDaddy.com, USA Entertainment Ventures, and Sports Media Inc. Vendors engaged on client work are bound to the same confidentiality and conduct standards.
Government contracting
Sportrons operates as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business. Public-sector engagements are performed under applicable federal, state, or local contracting terms, and documentation is prepared to meet the reporting requirements of the awarding agency.
Accessibility
Sportrons works to maintain this site to recognized accessibility standards. If you encounter a barrier, contact us and we will address it and provide the information you need in an alternative format.
