Portfolio

Programs Sportrons has built and run.

Sportrons has operated venue media and activation programs across professional, minor league, collegiate, motorsports, and entertainment properties. These are the recurring program structures clients ask for by name.

Program Structures

Four programs that cover most campaigns

Franchise Placement

National creative placed in the venues closest to each franchisee location, funded through co-op allocation with transparent per-market reporting.

Product Distribution

Sampling and distribution footprints paired with video board media, turning a venue impression into a product in the fan's hand.

Retailer Co-Op Placement

Brand and retailer share a placement, with the board carrying national creative and a localized retailer callout.

Promotion Calendar

A year-long promotional calendar mapped to the venue event schedule, so offers land on the dates with the highest attendance.

Campaign Imagery

Creative that reads at 40 feet

Venue creative is not digital creative scaled up. A board viewed from 300 feet in variable light needs different contrast, type weight, and message length than a mobile unit. Sportrons reformats supplied assets for every display system in the plan at no additional cost.

Creative services included

  • Per-property specification sheets before production
  • Resizing and reformatting of supplied assets
  • Contrast and legibility review for venue lighting
  • Animation timing adjusted to each venue loop length
  • QR and short-code integration for conversion paths
  • Proof approval with the venue before flight

Case Material

Request campaign examples for your category

Venue media case material is generally covered by client confidentiality. Sportrons shares relevant examples under NDA during the planning conversation, matched to your vertical and market type.

Ask for examples in your category.

Note it in your media plan request and the planner will bring relevant case material to the first call.
