SMS, Calling, and AI Voice Agent Terms
Last updated: October 27, 2026
These terms govern text messages, telephone calls, and artificial intelligence voice agent calls made or sent by Sportrons Inc. They apply in addition to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
1. Program description
Sportrons Inc. operates business messaging and calling programs for people who ask us to contact them about sports venue media, radius media campaigns, media plan requests, and related commercial services. The programs include:
- Media plan and sales follow-up. Messages and calls responding to a media plan request, contact form, or inquiry you submitted.
- Campaign operations. Transactional messages about creative deadlines, flight dates, approvals, proof-of-play delivery, and billing on a campaign you have contracted.
- Marketing updates. Promotional messages about availability, pricing, new venues, and seasonal opportunities. These are sent only to people who gave express written consent to receive them.
2. Consent
We obtain prior express written consent before sending marketing text messages or placing marketing calls that use an automatic telephone dialing system, a prerecorded voice, or an artificial or AI-generated voice to a mobile or residential number. Consent is collected through a clear and conspicuous disclosure presented at the point where you provide your number, together with an unchecked affirmative action such as a checkbox or a submit action labeled with the disclosure.
Consent is never a condition of purchase. You may request, receive, and contract a media plan without agreeing to receive marketing messages or automated calls.
Consent is specific to Sportrons Inc. We do not accept consent obtained by a third party on our behalf as authorization for us to contact you, and we do not treat a single consent as authorization for unrelated companies to contact you.
Transactional and relationship messages about a campaign you have contracted may be sent based on the business relationship and the contact details you supplied for campaign operations. You may opt out of those as described below, though doing so may require us to coordinate your campaign by email or telephone instead.
3. Opt out and help
You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You may also reply QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or REVOKE. We will send a single confirmation message and then stop sending messages to that number.
Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at info@sportrons.com or +1 (312) 436-0500.
You may also revoke consent for calls and messages by any reasonable means, including telling our representative during a call, replying to an email, or writing to the address at the bottom of this page. We honor revocation requests as soon as practicable and within ten business days of receipt.
4. Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies and depends on your activity. Campaign operations messages are sent as needed during an active flight. Marketing message frequency does not exceed a typical maximum of eight messages per month unless you request more frequent updates.
Message and data rates may apply. Sportrons Inc. does not charge for messages. Your mobile carrier may charge for messages, data, or both according to your plan. Contact your carrier for details.
5. Carrier disclaimer
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed. Supported carriers may change without notice.
6. Telephone calls
We place calls for sales follow-up, campaign operations, and support. Calls are placed between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. in the time zone of the number being called, consistent with federal telemarketing rules, and we observe any stricter hours required by your state.
Calls that use an automatic telephone dialing system, a prerecorded message, or an artificial or AI-generated voice are placed only where we hold prior express written consent for that type of call, or where an exemption applies. Every such call identifies Sportrons Inc. at the outset, states a telephone number at which we can be reached, and offers an automated opt-out mechanism that honors the request immediately.
7. Artificial intelligence voice agents
Sportrons Inc. may use artificial intelligence voice agents to place or receive calls. These are software systems that generate speech and converse in real time. Our commitments when an AI voice agent is used:
- Disclosure at the outset. The agent identifies itself as an automated or artificial intelligence assistant acting on behalf of Sportrons Inc. at the beginning of the call, before any substantive conversation, and again whenever you ask.
- Treated as an artificial voice. We treat AI-generated voices as an artificial voice for consent purposes. Calls to mobile and residential numbers using an AI voice are placed only with prior express written consent, or where a recognized exemption applies.
- Human escalation on request. You may ask for a human at any time. The agent will transfer you or arrange a callback from a Sportrons representative. We do not design agents to refuse, deflect, or loop that request.
- Opt-out honored by the agent. If you tell the agent to stop calling, to remove you, or that you are not interested, that revokes consent. The agent records the request and our systems suppress further calls and messages to that number.
- No voice cloning of real people. We do not use an AI voice that imitates a specific real individual, and we do not represent an AI agent as a named human employee.
- No voiceprints. We do not create, capture, store, or use voiceprints or other biometric identifiers derived from your voice, and we do not use your voice to train voice models.
- No binding commitments by agent. An AI agent cannot execute a contract, agree to rates, or bind Sportrons Inc. Campaigns are contracted only through a signed insertion order.
- Accuracy. Availability, pricing, and impression figures stated by an automated agent are estimates. The written media plan and insertion order control.
Several jurisdictions require disclosure when a person is communicating with an automated system rather than a human. Our disclosure practice is designed to meet those requirements wherever we place calls.
8. Call recording and transcription
Calls with Sportrons Inc., including calls handled by AI voice agents, may be recorded or transcribed for quality assurance, training, campaign documentation, and record keeping.
Where recording occurs, we provide notice at the start of the call. A number of states require the consent of all parties to a recorded call. In those states we obtain consent before recording, and if you decline, we either continue the call without recording or offer an alternative channel. You may ask us at any time during a call to stop recording.
Recordings and transcripts are retained for the period described in our Privacy Policy and are accessible only to personnel and service providers with a business need.
9. Do Not Call
Sportrons Inc. maintains an internal Do Not Call list. A request to stop calling is recorded against your number and honored indefinitely unless you later ask us to resume. We also scrub marketing call lists against the National Do Not Call Registry and applicable state registries, and we honor requests regardless of whether your number appears on any registry.
To be placed on our internal Do Not Call list, tell any representative or AI agent, reply STOP to a message, or email info@sportrons.com with the number you want suppressed.
10. How we handle messaging and calling data
Phone numbers, consent records, message content, call metadata, recordings, and transcripts are processed as described in our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Numbers are shared only with the service providers that deliver messages and calls on our behalf under contract, and only for that purpose.
We retain consent and revocation records, including the date, time, method, and the language of the disclosure shown, for at least five years, so that we can evidence the basis on which we contacted you.
11. Eligibility
Our messaging and calling programs are intended for business contacts aged 18 or older in the United States. Do not provide a telephone number you are not authorized to provide. If you give us a number that is later reassigned to someone else, tell us promptly so we can update our records.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the last updated date above, and where required we will obtain fresh consent rather than relying on a prior agreement.
