This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used on sportrons.com, what each category does, and how to change your choice at any time. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file stored on your device by your browser. Similar technologies include pixels, local storage, and tags. They let a site remember a choice, measure traffic, or attribute a form submission to the campaign that led to it.
Categories we use
Strictly necessary
Always active. Required to operate the site. These keep the site secure, allow form submissions to reach us, prevent automated abuse, and store your cookie preference so we do not ask again on every page. These cannot be switched off, and they are not used for advertising.
Analytics
Off until you allow it. Measure how the site is used: which pages are viewed, how visitors move through the site, and which pages lead to a media plan request. We use this to improve the site. Analytics storage stays denied until you consent.
Marketing
Off until you allow it. Attribute a media plan request to the campaign, source, and landing page that produced it, and support remarketing to business audiences. Advertising storage, ad user data, and ad personalization stay denied until you consent.
How consent is applied
Our tag manager runs in a consent-gated configuration. Before you make a choice, analytics storage, advertising storage, ad user data, and ad personalization are all set to denied by default. Only strictly necessary and security storage are granted. When you accept or reject categories, that decision is sent to our tag manager immediately and applies from that moment.
We honor the Global Privacy Control signal. If your browser sends it, we treat it as an opt-out of marketing categories regardless of your banner choice.
Your choice, and changing it
You can accept all, reject optional cookies, or select categories individually when the banner first appears. Your choice is stored on your device.
To change it at any time, open , available in the footer of every page. You can also delete cookies and site data through your browser settings, which will clear your stored preference and cause the banner to appear again.
Rejecting optional cookies does not restrict access to any part of this site. The media plan request form and contact form work either way.
Third parties
Where you allow analytics or marketing categories, tags operated by our analytics and advertising providers may set cookies through this site. Those providers process data according to their own terms. We do not permit them to use information collected here to build profiles for unrelated purposes, and we do not sell personal information. See the Privacy Policy for the categories of recipients and your rights.
Retention
Your consent choice is stored for up to 12 months, after which we ask again. Analytics data is retained in identifiable form for up to 14 months. Session cookies expire when you close your browser.
